Andrea Jeremiah

Andrea Maria Jeremiah (born in India) is a Indian actress, singer-songwriter, and musician. Her main focus is Tamil and Malayalam films. Her acting debut was in the Tamil movie Pachaikili Muthucharam and also made her Malayalam debut with Annayum raolum. Andrea Jeremiah was born in the same Anglo-Indian family at Arakkonam the capital of Tamil Nadu.Andrea's father works as a solicitor in the Madras High Court. Her older sister is who is a resident of Leuven Belgium working as a Research Assistant. Jeremiah, who was born in Chennai went to National Public School. He graduated from Women's Christian College. Andrea started studying classical piano when she was eight. She was an avid enthusiast who aspired to become a psychiatrist. She was part of the Jackson Five style troupe Young Stars when she was 10. It was this group that shaped the foundation for her music and singing career. She appeared as a performer at the college, in a variety of productions hosted by The Madras Players or EVAM.
